Trevor Gysbertsen – Lead Behaviour Interventionist
Trevor Gysbertsen, unlike many others in this field, first found his passion for teaching young children then found his passion for children individuals with varying needs. At the age of 15, Trevor began teaching martial arts to young children. His dedication to teaching led him to the field of ABA.
Trevor joined PLG over 5 years ago when he completed his Behaviour Interventionist Certification at Douglas College. Trevor’s friendly, fun and outgoing nature brings a unique dynamic to his teaching environment.
Currently, Trevor supports PLG families as a Senior Behaviour Interventionist and is transitioning into the role of Program Manager. He is pursuing his undergraduate studies at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Psychology with a focus in Linguistics. Trevor aspires to complete graduate studies in the future and pursue a career as a Behaviour Consultant.
In his spare time, Trevor enjoys hiking, watching documentaries, learning how to make bread and playing his guitar when no one is listening.
