Precision Learning Group is a team of organized, highly qualified and experienced professionals dedicated to providing support to families throughout the Lower Mainland.
We recognize every child’s unique abilities and potentials and their life shouldn’t be defined by a diagnosis. As partners in your child’s development, we are committed to helping your child flourish using evidenced based practices. We provide your whole family with the necessary tools and training required for the journey that lies ahead.

Our Mission and Values
At PLG, we strive to be the best Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention (EIBI) for students regardless of age, disability/label or ethnicity. Our focus and adherence to scientifically supported, evidence based practices pave the way for long term success for our students and families.
Respect is the foundation of our value system. First and foremost, we respect our students. The individuals we work with have thoughts, emotions and opinions of their own, and thus should be respected. Often times, it is hard for our students to express themselves, so it is critical that we take the perspective of our students and try to understand what they are trying to communicate. Consideration and respect of the thoughts, perspectives, culture and opinions of our families is also critical to our success. Respecting each member of the student’ family and community allows us to ensure a well rounded integrated approach to treatment.
Communication is key to the work we do with our families. Communication within our team and families allows for everyone to be on the same page with the intervention we deliver. We strive to create an environment where open communication is welcomed and valued. It is our expectation that we communicate with other professionals and work collaboratively with them to create the most effective learning environment for our student.

High expectations are fundamental to our program. We have high expectations of our team, students and families. With our team, high expectations ensure that programs are implemented with integrity and accuracy. With our students, high expectations allow us to remove any ceiling or perceived notions of their learning ability and achieve as much progress as possible. With our families, high expectations ensure that we are all on the same page with regards to treatment and expected outcomes.
While our services are often delivered in homes and schools, we believe that we are part of a larger community. Integration and inclusion of our students into their community is critical for long-term success. We strive to integrate our students and their skills into a larger community and for them to become contributing members of society.
Research in EIBI shows that highly consistent intervention is critical for any program to be successful. Providing our students with many learning opportunities to practice the skills they are learning is fundamental to achieving desired outcomes.
